This is a stiff cotton webbing in jet black. Sold by the yard or by the 50 yard roll.

I first started using the webbing for purse handles many years ago. The store I frequent carried this type of webbing, but no longer does. It took some searching and I found it here! The stiffness keeps the handles from twisting and tangling. No curling edges. All in all, the extra heavy weight cotton webbing makes my totes and purses look classy.
