Returns & Return Policy

We encourage all our customers to order a swatch or a sample of any product they are using for their project. This is the safest way to ensure that you are getting the right product for your project and that the colors, and textures are right for your tastes.
We do our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, and accurately. If there is a problem with your order please give us a call and we will do our best to make it right and get you the items you need for your project. Kindness and politeness when you call with your problem will almost always get you a faster and better result. We are a company of two brothers and 3 employees, not amazon or google...
- Items must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once Fabric Warehouse receives the returned item/s, the customer will receive a refund or store credit on the item/s minus our cost of shipping your original order. Unfortunately, we can not reimburse the cost of return shipping. Please know that most orders cost 30-50% more to ship than our customers are charged for shipping at checkout.
- There is a restocking fee of 15% of your order total. You can elect to choose a store credit if you do not wish to pay the restocking fee. Your store credit will be for 100% of your purchase price, less the shipping costs associated with your order.
- The item/s being returned must be in the same condition as was sent and shipped in either the same or comparable packaging. Any item that has been altered (cut, sewn, marked on, laminated, etc.) will not be refunded.
- ALL FOAM PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE (cut foam, sew foam, fiber foam, upholstery foam).
- CLEAR VINYL IS NON-RETURNABLE
- GLUES, SPRAY ADHESIVES, AND CLEARANCE/REMNANTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
- To return an item, fill out the firm here to get started. You will need your order ID to begin. Its usually a number like "456789" (LINK)
- Be sure to repack your item in the same manner as it was sent. You will be held liable for any items that are damaged in return shipping
- Please include your RA number on the outside and inside each package. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive them.

Did we make a mistake? If so, we will pay the return postage. Give a call and chat with Tim or Chris, they will email you a return label if the mistake is truly our fault.
