This is a woven fabric from High UV Rated Polyester.   This means you can leave this item out in the rain and sun for years of enjoyment.   Designed as an alternative to Sunbrella but with a level of luxury not offered by the Sunbrella Brand.    

 

This item is available on our website as a CLOSEOUT simply because we cant get more yardage at this price.

 

The fiber is water friendly but the weave is not so tight that is WATERPROOF.   We recommend that if you plan to leave outside in wet conditions, that you consider furniture covers made of a waterproof fabric.    This way your foam cushions don’t absorb the water that does happen to penetrate through the weave.   

 Additionally:   Many people use this fabric for indoor upholstery and home decor projects because it is a luxury brand with an amazing handle, extreme durability and sophisticate construction.
