Description
This 54" midnight/navy blue vinyl has a definite laminate feel to it. It is lined with felt along the back as well. It is easily workable, but does not stretch. It could be put to good use for many different home upholstery and craft projects. This vinyl is very reflective when under light. Sold by the yard and swatch.
